Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click on the "Sign Up" button and follow the simple registration process. You'll need a valid email address and phone number.

How do I post a listing?

Navigate to "Post Listing" from the main menu, fill in the details about your item, add photos, and publish your listing.

How do I browse items?

Use the "Browse Listings" page to search by category, location, or keywords to find items you're interested in.

Account & Profile

How do I update my profile?

Go to your profile page and click "Edit Profile" to update your information, profile picture, and preferences.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can update your email address from your profile settings. You'll need to verify the new email address.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Listings & Exchanges

How do I edit my listing?

Go to your profile, click "My Listings", select the listing you want to edit, and click the edit button.

How do I mark an item as taken?

Once you've successfully exchanged an item, you can mark it as "Completed" from your listings page.

What if I want to remove my listing?

You can delete your listing at any time from your "My Listings" page. The item will be removed immediately.
