Kindly acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed or exchanged. Users interact at their own risk, and we are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions or interactions between users.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
